Align section button groups are partially cut off in UI Builder when Inspector is at default width
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a project.
# In the Project window > right click > Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document.
# Open the newly created asset in the UI Builder window.
# Add any element to the UI Builder Hierarchy.
# In the UI Builder Inspector, scroll down to Inlined Styles > Align.
# Observe all the button groups in this section.
*Actual results:* All button groups are fully visible.
*Expected results:* All button groups are partially cut off at the end.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.18f1, 6000.0.13f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.12f1, 2022.3.44f1, 2021.3.43f1
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04, MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1
*Notes:*
* Ran into this while looking UUM-61202 and incorrectly following its repro steps into the wrong section.
* Recording shows how Ubuntu opens windows at an unusable minimum size (UUM-75196), but this also happens on MacOS which isn't affected by this issue.
