[AI Assistant] UI elements overlap
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a Unity project
- Select "Light" Unity theme
- Click the "AI" button
- Click "Agree and install Unity AI"
- Wait until the installation is complete
- Verify that "Agent" would be selected
- Enter "How to create a cube via C#" prompt and click "Send Prompt"
- Observe the result
Actual results: Action buttons (Save/Copy) are misaligned and overlapping
Expected results: UI elements should maintain proper padding and depth sorting
Reproducible with versions: 2.4.0-pre.1, 2.5.0-pre.2
Not reproducible with versions: 2.3.0-pre.2
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.4
