After deleting Tag and reopening the scene, deleted tag is shown again
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Expand Parent is hierarchy and select Cube
4. Notice it has PDFace tag
5. Go to Tags and Layers
6. Delete Tag 0
7. Select Cube again and notice that its tag is undefined
8. Reopen the scene and notice that it shows deleted tag again
Not reproducible: It is not possible to delete tags that are used by a game object in 2017.1. You can delete tags if they are not assigned.
