After completing Standalone VS solution build Unity doesn't open build location in File Explorer
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open build setting window
3. Enable Create Visual Studio Solution option on the Standalone platform
4. Build project
Expected results: When the build is completed Unity opens build location in File Explorer
Actual results: When the build is completed Unity doesn't open a build location in File Explorer
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0b1, 2018.2.7f1
