After Building the project Splash Screen background is darker when called using code
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "SplashScreenTest.zip"
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene.unity
3. Navigate to File > Build Settings > Build And Run
4. Observe the Built Unity project
Expected result: Both Splash Screen backgrounds are the same
Actual result: Splash Screen background that is called using code (the second one) is darker
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.26f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a12

One extra note: this bug requires linear color space toggled on in order to be reproduced
