After building Asset Bundles, SpriteAtlas is not included in Dependencies
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "testui.zip"
2. Make sure that the SpriteAtlas001 has object "g" added to Objects for Packing;
3. Mark SpriteAtlas001 as bundle "uiatlas" and mark TestUI as bundle "uiprefab";
4. Select Build->Build Asset Bundles;
5. In UnityLab_AB folder check out uiprefab.manifest.
Actual results: TestUI.prefab is in this bundle but there are no dependencies.
Reproduced on: 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.3.0a8.
