Display warning/error when uGUI Image uses sprite, which was TightlyPacked
Right now TightPackerPolicy isn't fully supported by the GUI system and will show artefacts of adjacent sprites in atlas when used.
There should a warning/error added to avoid this usage.
Alternatively uGUI support for TightPacked policy should be added
