AddressablesDataBuilders.cs method CreateResult() does not assign the passed locCount parameter to the LocationCount variable
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Download and import the Addressables package
3. Navigate to Packages/Addressables/Editor/Build and open AddressablesDataBuilders.cs
4. See the CreateResult() method
Expected result: passed locCount parameter is assigned to LocationCount variable
Actual result: passed locCount parameter is not assigned to LocationCount variable and is unused
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Could not test with Unity versions: 2017.4.32f1(Addressables package not yet introduced)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.4.6, 1.2.2
Could not test with package versions: 0.3.5(AddressablesDataBuilders.cs not part of the package)

passed locCount parameter should assign to LocationCount variable
