Addressables package does not compile with Unity versions that have changes inside UIElements namespace
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project inside of "AddressableError2019.zip"
Expected: Project opens up and compiles Addresables package correctly
Actual: Project opens up with loads of errors regarding UIElements
Reproduces on: 2019.1.0b3, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a3, 2019.2.0a6
Does not reproduce on: 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b2
