[Addressables] Localized Sprite is not shown with normal texture when using "Use Existing Build" build mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open users's the attached project "LocalizationSpriteURPTest01.zip"
2. Open a window Addresables Groups
3. Build > New Build > Default Build Script
4. Play Modes Script > Use Existing Build
5. Enter Play Mode

Expected results: Localized Sprite is shown in the GameView with normal texture when using the "Use Existing Build" build mode
Actual results: Localized Sprite is not shown in the GameView with normal texture when using "Use Existing Build" build mode

Reproduced in: 1.18.15 (2019.4.30f1), 1.19.4 (2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a11)
