Addressables Groups window is empty
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select Window/Asset Management/Addressables/Groups
3. Update Addressables package to 1.16.16
4. Observe the Addressables Groups window
Expected result: Addressables Groups window content is displayed
Actual result: Addressables Groups window is empty
Reproducible with: 1.16.16 (2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 1.10.0 - 1.16.15, 1.17.0-preview - 1.17.5-preview (2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a6)
Notes:
1. The issue is also reproducible after closing and reopening the project
2. Addressables Groups window content is displayed properly after reopening it

Not fixed in 1.17.0, I have the issue with 1.18.4 as well.
