Asset hashes vary when transferred between machines
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA-supplied project
2. Open Addressables -> Build -> Build Player Content
3. Run The Scene to check the Hash
4. Transfer the project to another device run the Scene again to check the Hash
Expected: Hashes are identical
Actual: Hashes differ
Reproduced in: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.9f1, 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a8

Resolution Note:
Seems like this behavior is there for quite some releases already; The issue is in V1 only, so we won't invest in fixing it now that V1 is sunsetting and it's not a regression.
