[Addressables] AddressablesAssetSettings.asset file getting dirty with no noticeable changes upon closing the editor
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and scene
2) Have "AddressablesAssetSettings.asset" open in some other app (tried with Notepad++, as it immediately detects if the file got changed and needs reloading)
3) Play the scene
4) Stop it
5) Close the editor
Result: The file dirties
Reproduced in 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.3.0a9

Resolution Note (fix version 1.1.7):
Fixed in the latest version, which will be in 1.1.6 forward. Public release should be labeled 1.1.7
