Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the UI Builder
2. Add a MultiColumnListView from the Library pane
3. Select the new MultiColumnListView if it is not already the case
4. From the inspector, add a column in the Columns dropdown
5. From the inspector, right-click on the tooltip property
6. Add a binding to the field from the context menu
7. In the Binding window, click the Ok button to create the binding
8. Look at the UXML preview

Actual results: 

The <Columns> tag  is inside the <Bindings> tag.

Expected results: 

The <Columns> tag  is a sibling of the <Bindings> tag.
