"Adding a new GIT package" section doesn't go away when adding an already installed package from git URL
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1263238.zip")
2. In Package Manager window select "Add package from git URL..."
3. Enter the URL address provided in the edit
4. Observe the Package Manager window
Expected result: "Adding a new GIT package" section goes away after some time
Actual result: "Adding a new GIT package" section doesn't go away
Reproducible in: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0a18
Not reproducible in: 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a14
Could not test in: 2018.4.25f1 (Feature not introduced yet)
Notes:
1. Reproducible with a remote package having both the same and different versions
2. Restarting the Editor solves the issue
