[ADBV2] AssetDatabase.Refresh causes Animator to become invalid when its animations are loaded from a separate Asset Bundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (AnimatorAndAssetBundles.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Make sure LoadABAnimator is enabled and its ABGet Component has the boolean 'Element' 1 in 'Use ADB Refresh Before Load' checked
4. Enter Play Mode and wait for the model to be loaded
Expected result: the model is loaded and its idle animation plays
Actual result: the model is loaded, but no animation is played, 'Animator has not been initialized.' is printed in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2018.4.24f1(Asset Pipeline V2 unavailable)
