[ADBV2] ADBv2 from ADBv1 regression when importing >8000 1kB files takes 10x longer
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "AssetImport.zip"
2. Import every file from "Data.zip" into Project window's Assets
3. Observe import time
Expected result: The asset import takes about 2 minutes
Actual result: The asset import takes about 10 minutes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.0a16 (ADBV2)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1 (ADBV1), 2020.1.0a17, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0b5 (ADBV2)
