Adaptive Performance package does not automatically add built-in dependencies
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (SubsystemErrors.zip)
2. Open the Package Manager window
3. Import the Adaptive Performance package
4. See the Console window
Expected result: Adaptive Performance adds the built-in dependencies automatically; no errors are thrown
Actual result: Adaptive Performance does not add the built-in dependencies automatically; errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1(AP 1.1.6), 2019.4.1f1(AP 2.0.0-preview.8), 2020.1.0b14(AP 2.0.0-preview.8), 2020.2.0a15(AP 2.0.0-preview.8)
Notes:
Errors in 2018.4 mention that one must enable the built-in packages
Restarting the Editor in 2019.3/2019.4 prevents these errors until any other package(aside from Subsystems, VR, or XR) is enabled/disabled
