Action with Tap interaction stops functioning when pressing rapidly using at least 2 different bindings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “DualClick.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Rapidly press Left Mouse Button (or C key) and Space at the same time
5. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Inputs are recognized and function normally
Actual result: After a certain time the inputs stop being recognized
Reproducible in: 1.8.0 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.25f1, 6000.1.0a2), 1.11.2 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.25f1, 6000.1.0a2)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
