Action Maps don't have rename selection from right click menu
How to reproduce:
1. Open/create any project and install Input System package
2. Create -> Input Actions and open it
3. Create a new action map and right click on it
Expected result: There is rename selection (as there are is with Actions)
Actual result: There isn't a rename selection
Reproducible with: 1.4.4 (2021.3.16f1), 1.6.1 (2023.2.0a21)

Resolution Note:
The rename button is already planned/present in the future rework of the window. Workaround: double-clicking the action map enters the rename mode
