Accessibility Hierarchy Viewer sections can be resized to zero width
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity Project
- Open the Accessibility Hierarch Viewer window at (menu: Window > Accessibility > Accessibility Viewer)
- Use the middle line divider to horizontally resize the Hierarchy and Inspector sections
- Observe the result when shrinking one of the sections

Actual results: There is no minimum width limit, sections can be resized to zero width
Expected results: There should be a minimum width to maintain usability and readability

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b4
Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.61f1 (Accessibility option not available)
