Accessibility Hierarchy Viewer sections can be resized to zero width
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity Project
# Open the Accessibility Hierarch Viewer window at (menu: Window > Accessibility > Accessibility Viewer)
# Use the middle line divider to horizontally resize the Hierarchy and Inspector sections
# Observe the result when shrinking one of the sections

*Actual results:* There is no minimum width limit, sections can be resized to zero width
*Expected results:* There should be a minimum width to maintain usability and readability

*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b4
*Can’t test with versions:* 2022.3.61f1 (Accessibility option not available)
