Access denied thrown and file deleted when changing name capitalization of asset on Windows 7
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project and open it
2. Create a new asset in the project, for example, a new Material
3. Rename the asset by changing the capitalization of one of the letters
Expected result: The name is changed and the asset does not get deleted
Actual result: Access denied error is thrown and the asset gets deleted
Reproducible with: 2020.3.7f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.11f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.6f1, 2021.2.0a2, 2021.2.0a20
Can't test: 2021.2.0a1 (Wouldn't launch)
