"About Unity" window clips information after expanding with Options key
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Unity -> About Unity... -> Press the Options key ("Alt" on Windows)
3. Observe the About Unity window
Expected result: All of the information fits within the "About Unity" window
Actual result: The bottom of the information clips out of the "About Unity" window
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a19
