'A tree couldn't be loaded because the prefab is missing' error is thrown when importing package with Terrain Asset with Trees
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import attached custom package ("case_1191833.unitypackage")
3. Observe Console
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: 'A tree couldn't be loaded because the prefab is missing' error is thrown
Reproducible in: 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9
Not reproducible in: 2017.4.33f1
Note - In versions 2019.3.0a8 and above deleting and reimporting the package won't throw the error again
