A sprite cut using Sprite Editor's Edit Outline Tool appears incorrectly in the Scene View
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA's supplied project
2. Open "SpriteBug" scene
3. Switch to the Scene View and observe that the sprite "sprites_0" has black bits on its right side
Expected result: The sprite should appear as it is outlined in the Sprite Editor Tool, with no black bits on the right side
Actual result: The sprite has black bits on the right side and its appearance in the Scene View differs from the Sprite Editor
Reproduced with: 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b4, 2018.1.0a1
Note: Not reproduced with 5.5 - Sprite Outline Tool was not yet available
