A screen space canvas isn't screen space if the "final" camera has a smaller viewport
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "scene". It contains a screenspace canvas and two cameras. One of them has a smaller viewport rect and it's depth is higher than the 2nd cameras. Notice how the screenspace canvas does not cover the whole screen, it only covers the viewport of the smaller camera
It should cover the whole screen regardless of viewport rect
