How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (BlikAnimationLoading)
2. Open the 'SceneEmpty' scene
3. Open the 'SceneAnimations' scene
Expected result: the 'SceneAnimations' scene loads up quickly
Actual result: the 'SceneAnimations' scene takes a considerable amount of time to load
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a9
