A non-existent webpage is opened when "Learn about Unity Build Automation" hyperlink is clicked
How to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-95432" project or create a new Unity project
2. Open the Build Settings window (File > Build Settings)
3. In the bottom-right corner of the window, click the "Learn about Unity Build Automation" hyperlink
4. Observe the opened webpage
Expected Result: A webpage with information about Unity Build Automation tools opens
Actual Result: The opened webpage does not exist
Reproducible in: 2022.3.60f1, 2023.3.0a19
Not Reproducible in: 6000.0.42f1
Could Not Test With: 6000.1.0b10, 6000.2.0a6 (No "Learn more" hyperlink in the Build Settings window)
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not Reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: The issue affects only the old Build Settings tab. In the new Build Profiles window introduced in 2023.3.0b1, where the hyperlink was renamed to "Learn about Unity Dev Ops" and relocated to the top bar, the bug is not reproducible.
