A field of a SerializeReference type is incorrectly deserialized when at first the instance has no data attached and then gains SerializedField
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “[projectLocation]/Assets/TestData1.asset” file in a text editor
3. Observe the “class” value in the “references” table
4. Select the “TestData” Asset in the Project window
5. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The “Effect” variable is assigned to “Effect1”
Actual result: The “Effect” variable is not assigned
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.3f1, 2023.3.0a17
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
