A download error occurs when attempting to add any Language Pack or Documentation modules to the 6000.0.15f1 or 2022.3.45f1 Editor versions via the Hub

Package: Hub

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open the Hub
2. Navigate to Installs → Install Editor
3. Select the 6000.0.15f1 Editor version with any of the Language Packs or Documentation and start installing

Expected result: The Editor version installs successfully
Actual result: An error appears “Download failed: There is not enough storage to download and install the selected items“

Reproducible with: 3.8.0, 3.9.0

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2), macOS 10.15 (Mac mini 2018)

Notes:
-The modules of Language Packs and Documentation are shown to contain 0 bytes in them.
-The issue also appears if you have already installed the 6000.0.15f1 or 2022.3.45f1 and you select Add Modules.
-2022.3.45f1 is also affected but only on the Windows operating system.

Yeah this definitely is not resolved. I'm still experiencing the same issue on Windows 11 with Unity Hub v3.9.1, specifically when installing Editor v2022.3.49f1 in my case

I discovered a workaround for the documentation bug , you can find the solution [here](https://discussions.unity.com/t/issue-installing-unity-documentation/1515814/19)

It also happens on macOS. Everything installs without any issues, except Documentation. I have 330GB of free space. When I want to select Documentation from "Add modules" it says Download size 0 bytes.

This same behavior occurs also with version 3.9.0 of the Hub
