5.5 beta Object Selection Outline - flickering and unexpected highlighting
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open project "Test027"
2. Open Scene "a"
3. Click on wall object
4. Try moving camera around in scene with
5* Notice Flickering
6. While wall is selected place camera that only part of the wall is in view
7* Notice that the edge of scene view is highlighted
8. Turn on Wireframe mode
9. Select wall
10* Notice that wireframe is highlighted and flickering
Reproduced on versions: Unity 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b2
Did not reproduce on Unity 5.3.6p4, 5.4.1f1
