4k webm with alpha gets stuck for a few seconds
To reproduce:
1. Import attached video
2. Add video player to scene
3. Change source type to URL
4. Select Imported video
5. Play
Actual: Video doesn't start playing for sometime, it gets stuck
Reproducible: 2017.01b4
