4.x to 5.x upgrade: Ambient Light Isn't Actually Ambient
I suppose we could add a flat ambient without occlusion that would only be used if you upgraded.
In 4.6. Ambient was added to lightmaps themselves.
So, if we want to bring this back, we could do it as some optional post-bake or whatever step. No need to change the shaders. We have a lightmap compositing job that could do this
