[2D URP] Scene grid is not rendered when Post Processing view toggle is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create a new project with a 2D URP template
3. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Scene view grid is rendered
Actual result: Scene view grid is not rendered
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1
Notes:
- The Scene grid also does not appear when the project is being downgraded in Unity versions: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.15f1 (no 2D URP Template)
- Disabling Post Processing in the Scene view toggle menu fixes the issue, but Post Processing can't be seen in the Scene view
