[2D][Tilemap] Tilemap.SwapTile swapping tiles to empty
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Play the "TilemapStart" scene
3. Click on tile to the right of the character for the tiles to be swapped
4. Click on other tile to the right of the character
- Observe the disappearing tiles
Expected result: Tilemap.SwapTile should not swap to empty tiles
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a13, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.2.0a9
