[2D][Tilemap Extras] RuleOverrideTiles get removed from scene when upgrading from 1.1.0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project("TilemapBugRepro.zip")
2. Update the "Tilemap Extras" package to Version 1.6.2-preview
3. Restart the Editor
Expected results: RuleOverrideTiles are still present in the scene
Actual results: RuleOverrideTiles are gone from the scene
Reproduces with: Tilemap Extras 1.5.0-preview - 1.6.2-preview (2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1)
Could not test with: Tilemap Extras 2.0.0-pre.1( 2021.1.0a10 (Errors when upgrading))
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1 (Errors when downgrading)
