[2D SpriteShape] "InspectorWindow does not contain a definition" exception is thrown on installing the package
'InspectorWindow' does not contain a definition for 's_CurrentInspectorWindow'
error throws when installing 2D SpriteShape package
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window > Package Manager
3. Install 2D SpriteShape
Actual Result : throws 'InspectorWindow' does not contain a definition for 's_CurrentInspectorWindow' error
Expected Result: 2D SpriteShape installs
Reproducible on:
1.0.10, 1.0.11, 1.0.12
Note:
1. Current package is in a preview state
2. Tested in Unity 2019.1.0b10 and Unity 2019.2.0a10

Windows 10, Mac 10.13, and Mac 10.14
