[2D][SpriteShape] Control point selection flickers when drag and multi-select points in scene
Repro steps:
- Open SampleScene, select Closed Sprite Shape
- In Inspector, enter Edit Spline mode
- Click and drag across multiple control points and observe gizmos and inspector flickering as mouse is being dragged
Expected result: No flickering of gizmos and inspector as mouse is being dragged across multiple control points
Actual result: Flickering of gizmos and inspector as mouse is being dragged across multiple control points
