2D Sprite is Rendered in a different position compared to its Position coordinates when Dragging the bone of the 2D Sprite
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "Try2019.zip"
2. Navigate to Project -> Assets -> Scenes and open SampleScene
3. Select any of the bones of the Sprite in the Scene
4. While holding the Mouse button drag them as fast as possible
-- Use the scroll wheel to increase the Scene view and notice the Sprite Position
Expected results: Sprites are dragged together with Sprite bones
Actual results: Sprites are Rendered elsewhere after dragging them by the bones
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0b6 , 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a5
Notes: Lower versions than Unity 2019.1.0b6 throw error packages which makes the project unusable. Some of the versions crash while trying to fix the package errors.
