[2D] Sprite editor window doesn't open from Import settings
Sprite editor window doesn't open from Import settings
Steps to repro:
1. Open attached project
2. Select "Bird" Sprite in the Project Window
3. Click on "Sprite Editor" button from Import Settings in Inspector
Actual Result:
Sprite Editor Window doesn't open
Expected Result:
Sprite Editor Window opens up.
Reproducible on:
2019.2.0a10 (f661a28be8b8), 2019.2.0a9
Works fine on:
2019.2.0a8, 2019.1.0b9 (f1481f10a935)
Environment:
Windows 10 and MacOS 10.14

Resolution Note (fix version 2019.2):
In 2019.2, Sprite Editor is now a package and is only included by default if it uses 2d-template (as of writing).
