2D Rect Mask Skews Children Instead of Rotating With Them
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "Repro" scene
3. Select "Canvas/Mask" in the hierarchy
4. Try to rotate "Masks" Z axis
5. Notice how child object "Image" does not rotate with the mask (gif attached)
Reproduced with: 5.4.0f2, 5.4.0f3
Not reproducible with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6f1
