2D Platformer Microgame template has no 2D packages installed
Reproduction steps:
1. Create new project using 2D Platformer Microgame template
2. Open Package Manager
Expected result: Package Manager has 2D packages installed
Actual result: Package Manager has no 2D packages installed
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1
Could not test with: 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a8 (Due to 2D Platformer Microgame template not being supported)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)
