[2D][Mobile] Animation not working on Mobile builds when Managed Striping Level is set to High
To reproduce:
1. Open the QA's attached project
2. Make sure the Managed Striping Level is set to High
3. Build on Mobile, both Android and iOS works
Expected: The sprite on the right is curved using 2D bones
Actual: Both sprites are not changed
Reproduced with 2018.3.3f1 2D Animation 2.0.1 preview. 1
