[2D][Effector] If an object is spawned inside a platform effector it gets stuck
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene manStuck. It has a circleCollider2D with a one-way platform effector. There is also a box2d rigidbody (blueman) that is inside the circle collider. The blueman has a constant upward force
3. Enter play mode - notice that the blueman is stick outside the circle and does not get through. After a while it suddenly breaches through and floats up into the sky
