[2D] Copying a rig from a Character Sprite to a SpriteSheet Sprite, the order of bone is wrong

When copying a rig from a Character Sprite to a SpriteSheet Sprite (a rigged Sprite in PSDImporter to a Normal PNG), the order of bone is wrong.

Thus in SpriteSkin, the bone assigned to it will be wrong.
