"ArgumentOutofRangeException" is thrown and SpriteShapeProfile freezes on reset
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Install Window > PackageManager > SpriteShapeProfile
3. Project Window > right-click > Create > SpriteShapeProfile > Open
4. Click on Project Window > New SpriteShapeProfile > Inspector > Cogwheel > Reset
Expected Result: Default values sets in Control Points and Fill
Actual Result: "ArgumentOutOfRangeException" exception is thrown and SpriteShapeProfile freezes
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0b1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.0f2
Environment: Mac 10.14 and Windows 10
