"2D Animation Asset Upgrader" window name is truncated to "2D Anim Asset Upgrader"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Universal 2D project
2. Open 2D Animation Asset Upgrader window (Window > 2D > 2D Animation Asset Upgrader)
3. Observe window name
Actual results: “2D Anim Asset Upgrader” is displayed
Expected results: “2D Animation Asset Upgrader” is displayed
Reproducible with versions: 9.2.1 (2022.3.65f1), 10.2.1 (6000.0.55f1), 11.0.0 (6000.1.15f1), 12.0.2 (6000.2.0b12), 13.0.0 (6000.3.0a4)
Couldn't reproduce with versions: 7.2.0 (2021.3.55f1) (No 2D Animation Asset Upgrader window)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
Note: There's plenty of space to display full window name as window cannot be resized
