[2D 9-slice] Lower boundary of slice tiles incorrectly
The tiling for the lower boundary does not match how the image is sliced.
1. open the attached project
2. open the scene called bad_low_slice
3. look in the sprite editor to understand how sprout and sprout2 sprites are sliced
4. look at the vertically stretched sprites for sprout and sprout2
For sprout2, the tiling is does not include all of the sliced section. For sprout, the tiling includes more than the sliced section.
