[2019.3] Letters like g/y/j are cut off at the bottom when displayed in Console window messages or Inspector window's name field
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. In the Hierarchy window select 'Main Camera'
3. In the Inspector window rename it to "j g y"
4. Observe the name field in the Inspector window
Expected result: letters are not cut off at the bottom
Actual result: letters are cut off at the bottom
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2019.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a7
Additional note: letters like g/y/j are also cut off/truncated at the bottom in Console window messages
