[2019.1] UI elements aren't visible in the Scene View from a certain distance
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1099227"
2. Zoom out the Scene View a bit
Expected: The button is visible
Actual: The button isn't visible anymore after zooming out a short distance
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a8
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a9
Fixed in 2019.1.0a10
